1 Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdtll platform and all services connected to it. When you create an account on bdtll, use its services, or access the platform, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.
bdtll is an online gaming platform that offers live casino, sports betting, slots, fishing games, and many other entertainment services. These Terms have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
bdtll's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your actual age when creating an account. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Account Creation Conditions
- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during account creation must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
- Transferring your account or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bdtll may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national identity card, passport, or bank statement. Withdrawals may be limited until the verification process is complete.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Methods
bdtll supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Limits & Timeframes
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 1 hour
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Only deposits made from your own payment method are permitted on your account. Receiving or sending funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be suspended and funds confiscated.
3.4 Currency Conversion
Our platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. If any conversion fee is applied by the payment gateway, it will be the user's responsibility to bear that fee in accordance with the relevant provider's policy.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bdtll offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200; if you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and your total will be ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement applies to each bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Note — wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Any winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will remain in the bonus balance until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- bdtll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to exploit bonuses fraudulently may result in account cancellation.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same individual, the same home address, or the same payment method is prohibited.
5 Gaming Policy & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
bdtll is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our platform uses SSL encryption, and reliable, verified software is used from all game providers.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using software bots, automated betting systems, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Making fraudulent arrangements with other players or the platform.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform without notifying bdtll.
5.3 Game Cancellation & Technical Issues
If a game result becomes unreliable due to a technical error, bdtll reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the relevant amount. bdtll's decision in this matter will be considered final.
6 Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 bdtll's Rights
bdtll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity is detected.
- If any bonus or promotion is misused.
- If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other financial crime.
- If false information is provided during age verification.
6.2 User Rights
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any remaining valid funds prior to account closure will be provided in accordance with the withdrawal policy.
7 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
bdtll is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability will always be limited to the amount deposited in your account.
bdtll will not be liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, third-party service failure, or other technical reasons.
